I am a real estate attorney in the metro area. Just filed a law suit of gross negligence against Francis Goldsworthy, (BG Home Inspections, Lantham Md). I compared his photos (which were limited, fuzzy, and long distance shots) to the follow up inspections done by top tier DC license professionals. The latter clearly show the gross negligence in construction while Mr. Goldsworthy's photos are of no use. Beware.
As a realtor, feedback from my buyers is Mr. Goldsworthy's inspections are not thorough; in fact, most clients state he is unprofessional at best. Several have been burned badly by his gross negligence. I will never refer him again.
