Great gym. Adriana is the studio manager... Couldn't do enough to get us sorted as new members. The workouts are really good and change daily. The trainers are really active and watch over each session. Great vibe, really supportive and the intensity of each workout can be scaled up depending on your ability. Really impressed with the heartrate training and monitoring. Strength, cardio, hiit it doesn't matter. It's all monitored and managed. 5 stars from me.
I love BFT Booragoon! The workouts are varied and easy to follow and the coaches are encouraging and approachable. I was anxious to return to fitness after such a long time but have loved being a part of this community. Highly recommend!
Great facility, equipment and programming. Always clean thanks to the great GM Adrianna and the V12 Dyson. Trainers are all fun and motivating in the early mornings, shout out Jacob and Rhett ✌🏼
