At Florida State Men’s Club soccer tournament I received an injury and was taken care of by a very nice lady for B Fitt. The whole time I felt very confident in her ability and rehab strategies. I could not recommend hiring B Fitt at for any training needs in the future.
Several years ago, I endured a motorcycle accident which left me with persistent pain and discomfort in my right knee. It felt like an ordeal I would have to endure indefinitely. I’ve had some bad back problems for months now and I was having pain in my chest through my back. she broke it down for me and let me know it was a “referred pain” and she worked me out for about 20 minutes and my pain went away. Britt also left me with workouts I could do on my own and I will most definitely be implanting them into my daily routine.
I had been having trouble with my knee for several months and decided to try the Dry Needle therapy. I was amazed with the difference it made and was able to start running again within a week. I would absolutely recommend it.
