Annie and Steve (I think that was his name) were fantastic. Both were incredibly knowledgable, warm, patient, and friendly. I left feeling confident about my investment; I also left happy because I've found a new bike shop that caters more to ladies. I cannot recommend BFF enough!
Thanks guys for helping me finish building my bike back up. You guys were a big help for figuring out what parts I was missing and helped me get a few parts off that were too hard for me to get off without a shop bench at home. So glad to have this shop in the neighborhood!!!

BFF Bikes is a super great local bike shop. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Purchased a Giant Escape bike from BFF and it's perfect for commuting. Also have had some repairs and maintenance done on my other road bike at BFF and the service was stellar! Highly recommend!
