This store helped me expand my biking into longer distances and different territory. I’m so grateful for their knowledge and for creating an inviting place for women to learn more about biking. The mechanics are awesome, too.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff who never once veered into condescension when I was a newbie picking out a road bike and had lots of questions. Very womxn-friendly. Can’t recommend highly enough; only complaint is I live in the other side of town!
We brought our daughter in to get her first real bike. They were wonderful; made sure the bike fit properly and helped make sure we got the right helmet. Very helpful. Fun experience for our daughter.
I have brought my bike in for emergency repairs in the past and I recently bought a new bike from them. Fantastic! Very knowledgeable, very friendly, very comfortable. A great community-oriented shop.
Five stars doesn't do this place justice. FINALLY a bike store that I feel comfortable in! Everyone is always so friendly and they really cater to cyclists of any level and type. If I come in with a problem, the mechanics are usually happy to explain to me what's going on. If they don't have the exact size or type of product I want in stock, they'll order it for you and you can pick it up in the store. My favorite part though, is the clinics and rides they offer. Super helpful and passionate staff. Great selection of bikes and other accessories. Perfect for the lady biker! I also frequently attend their riding and maintenance workshops. I wish I could join in on the group rides, but the early morning times don't mesh well with my work schedule. As long as I'm in the city I'll be a regular customer.
Great place; friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me with some repairs and upgrades. Great bike selection; got my eye on that super pista in the show room.
