Sam did my consultation was super rude, defensive, and insulting when she wants to be. That aggressiveness was already a turn off, i want to be relaxed in the salon. Selfcare = relaxation. When I walked in there was a women walking out with the prettiest blue hair and I thought if she can do that she and definitely get my purple. I heard that girl pay $380 at the register.
