RecommendedI went to lucky star nails the time before last, and I will never make that mistake again. Every time I come to beyond nails I get grate service. I always get gel pedi and mani. My service takes about 2 hours and never feels rushed, and I always get what I ask for. (I get 2 or 3 colors.) I’ve been to beyond nails 4 times and have had someone different each time, and my nails stay consistent with each nail tech. They also last a very long time. Service felt very rushed I wasn’t asked which type of pedicure I wanted felt like they just wanted to hurry and get it done and get me out of the door

unprofessional services i showed the manicurist what i wanted she said it would be $80 what i got looked nothing like the picture when i told her she said they looked good. when i said i didn't feel it was worth $80 because it wasnt what i wanted and she never said she couldn't do it she still charged me $80. i will never return for any service

When u make an appointment .....and you’re standing there for 15 min....and 2 people walk in and get told they’re next.....and u question why bc u have made your appointment (days earlier knowing it would be busy with Mother’s Day ).....and the staff replies “oh well......we busy, sorry about that....AND.....u can hate me if u want “.....what??? I sat down to get my nails done and told her I had dip so she had me soak my nails in acetone for 20 plus minutes which ended up being almost 40 mins. In that time, she did 3 other ladies nails. I asked to have the dip removed so I can leave and it was barely taken off. I then asked if I could have them trimmed and she barely trimmed them. My nails have been messed up since. RecommendedGot an excellent pedicure with a great foot rub. They are attentive and professional. My feet feel better than they ever have. I’ll be going back whenever I’m in town.
