The whole family went to Beyond Nails today 😍 they are great, clean, can accommodate a lot of people, and always do a great job!
Not very personable. Offered others in the shop a beverage but failed to do so for our party of 4 ladies. Booked a mani and pedi over a week in advance for 4 people. When we showed up for our appointment they were overbooked. We had to wait. We were not done together at the same time despite the fact that we requested such in advance when we booked. Although we all got the same services done the prices varied per person. Polish didn’t hold up well or for very long. Complete disappointment and a waste of money.

I usually don’t do manicure and pedicures but this was pretty good! I got the ultimate pedicure and it’s like a gel jello mixture it was wonderful! I also got a heated neck pillow. I was offered wine but I don’t drink so I got water! The pedicure was a 5 step process! Very relaxing. My manicure was good too! Warm towel and sugar scrub! Also it is very clean. I love they put liners in the pedicure tub for hygiene.
Worst experience ever. I went in for a simple polish change, lumpy gels, uneven polish, the sides of my nails weren’t even painted.. they look awful
Very rude people who work there.
High level of customer service, very much appreciated.
