I’ve been seeing Dr. Cook for a little over a year now, and the experience has been outstanding. He is always easy to talk to and has helped me tremendously over the past year and a half. His support staff is equally impressive, friendly, professional, and always prompt when I need to schedule an appointment. Prior to this, I saw multiple doctors who were helpful but never fully addressed my needs. This clinic has truly made a difference, and I would confidently recommend it to any friends or family.
The office charged $25 on my card 4 months after I last spoke to the and claimed it was for insurance. The doctor tried giving me a history lesson on my parent's background and got it all wrong.
Dr. Matthew Barrett is truly one of the most exceptional providers I have ever encountered. His dedication, compassion, and genuine desire to help people is evident in every interaction. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and support he provides.
If you value your time, well-being, or peace of mind, I strongly advise against scheduling with this practice. I consider myself a patient and understanding person, but that patience only goes so far when there’s consistent disregard for a patient’s time and needs. To begin, in all of my appointments with Dr. Cook he has never been on time. He routinely arrives 5–15 minutes late, and for visits that last only about 10 minutes, it’s frustrating to spend most of that time waiting.
