Dr. Cook is a great psychiatrist who helps me manage my generalized anxiety disorder and my major depression. His staff are very nice and efficient. I especially like Jared, who gives me the TMS treatments. He’s very personable and fun to talk to about movies and other things in general. I also like Lyle, who with his assistant does the ketamine treatments. He’s very caring and supportive. I’ve been seeing Dr. Cook for a little over a year now, and the experience has been outstanding. He is always easy to talk to and has helped me tremendously over the past year and a half. His support staff is equally impressive, friendly, professional, and always prompt when I need to schedule an appointment. Prior to this, I saw multiple doctors who were helpful but never fully addressed my needs. This clinic has truly made a difference, and I would confidently recommend it to any friends or family.
The office charged $25 on my card 4 months after I last spoke to the and claimed it was for insurance. The doctor tried giving me a history lesson on my parent's background and got it all wrong.
Dr. Matthew Barrett is truly one of the most exceptional providers I have ever encountered. His dedication, compassion, and genuine desire to help people is evident in every interaction. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and support he provides.
