These guys are awesome! I had a clogged downspout from what I thought was a birds nest. When I got on my roof I couldn't find anything obvious but I knew it was still clogged because of how much water was pouring over the gutter every time it rained. All the additional rain water landing right next to my foundation was pushing water through a seam in my concrete foundation so that I had water issues inside so this was an urgent issue. I first contacted Beyond Gutters for gutters and a down spout for my house. I felt bad for Scott for putting the downspout in the wrong place and when I pointed it out, he apologized and eventually after a few weeks corrected it. When I contacted Patti, the owner, again to add a gutter and downspout at one of my rental properties, I received a quote, a work-to-be-done date and then the next day an email that the workers can't get to the property because it is too difficult to get into the alleyway and the backyard. I am sorry that we could not do the job as the workers had an issue to get into a locked alleyway. Once the workers reviewed the job they stated to me that they could not get to the backyard or even the gutters to the top floor with the ladders. I did apologize to you and I am sorry to have not met your needs.
First time I have used this company. I wasn't home when they showed up but they must have finished quickly (I'm in a townhome) because I was only out for an hour. The customer service was very good. I'd probably use them again.
I was extremly happy with the quality of work from this company. They were on time, professional and very fair priced. I will call them for any work needed around my home and will take their advice on what needs to be done. They were neat and took care of my flower beds and plantings. The work was done quickly and when they left my home you would not know they were ever there. Highly recommend this company I will use them for many years to come.
