Dental work is performed in Phases. From the onset of my services I explained that I could not afford the cosmetic part and only wanted PAIN relief. Phase 1 was $10,000. Which I thought would bring pain relief. They never explained that there was no use to have Phase 1 ($10,000) if you did not have Phase 2 ($30,000-$50,000). So after Phase one I am still in pain and out $10,000. I do have a mouth piece that my local dentist said he could have made me for $500. I am so very disappointed. Outstanding experience! I have NEVER seen an operation run so professionally! The make you think you are the most important person in the world! We were on a first name basis! Surgery was awesome and this is without a doubt the most supportive staff I have ever seen! Cannot stress how great they are! See the before and after pics!

If you have to visit a dentist for dentures or implants why not see the best along with a friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. In my 77 years I have never had a more pleasant experience in a Dentist office.

Beyond Exceptional Dentistry Is not like going to the Dentist. It’s like going to a friend or relative’s house. Everyone that works here are warm and friendly. The office is more like a house than a medical facility. I never liked going to the dentist. Now I look forward to seeing my friends at Beyond Exceptional Dentistry!!

To describe this office is truly exceptional. The staff is so caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I had a lot of dental work over the years and I still had many problems. Dr. Durham and his staff devised a plan and are in the process of executing that plan. I am so excited to get this process started this has been a dream of mine for many years. I came to Dr. Durham in 2004 and I could not complete the process but I am thrilled to get this process completed now.
