We chose Beyond Built Inspections on the recommendation of our daughter who had been impressed with them when buying her own new home. I was referred to Beyond Built from my conveyancer and I'm glad I was. They were very helpful in answering all of my questions and they checked things during the inspection that I specifically requested, that were outside the original scope. The report was very comprehensive and the follow up chat with the inspector put me at ease as he was very knowledgeable and took his role very seriously. Would definitely recommend.
I had Frank come out to inspect my new build in Two Wells, and he did an amazing job! I’d previously used a different inspector for each stage of the build but wasn’t happy with the results. I decided to go with Beyond Built for my final inspections, and I’m so glad I did. They picked up on every detail that was wrong with the build. I couldn’t recommend Beyond Built and Frank highly enough!
Beyond Built was easily the best investment I made while building my first house. I only learnt about them about halfway through my build, but I wish I had known about them sooner. The cost was very reasonable, the reports were thorough, and Maria and Frank were absolutely lovely the entire process. It feels so nice to know someone is looking out for you during the build. I recommend them to every single person I know who is building!
