If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager with mom for our acrylic nails, shellac, and pedicures. We’ve seen this place change owners and go downhill. I walked in for a French tip for me and a shellac for my mom and the service was great for my mom but for me I had to wait over 15 minutes because the lady who does acrylics was nowhere to be found and when she finally got there my moms service was already done. Went in on a Sunday afternoon 10/12 around 4pm. No customers and only 1 guy employee. Service was quick obviously as it was empty. Pedicure was a good but the manicure leaves room for improvement. No drinks offered and employee didn't speak English very well. I just needed my overgrown manicure dealt ASAP and other places closed at 5pm and I didn't want to feel rushed there. Won't recommend but quick fix. Update on 10/13: chipping already!! Ridiculous! Not worth the money for what I spent here.
I will never use or recommend this place to anyone. Had my lashes done and the owner was trying to sell her facial products and services. I had a free refill with my Groupon. I got sick and couldn't go back in two weeks and she wouldn't honor the Groupon. Wanted to charge a ridiculous price. She's a good talker and presenter of her products but is not a honest person.
I came here once before today; the service was good and the prices were reasonable. Their website doesn’t work so price checking beforehand is impossible. Today I was charged $70 for a manicure with dip powder—no acrylics, no design. I wanted gel and she suggested I do dip instead, but didn’t tell me it was more expensive. $70 is insane for the mediocre, basic nails I received.
