This is the least stressful apartment I’ve ever lived in. I’m really happy with the way management has handled everything so far. It’s not a perfect apt complex, but the issues are similar to every other place I’ve lived. The maintenance team has been especially great. They are really quick and kind. I wish the trash and recycling didn’t fill up so quickly and get messy, but if you know when to go it’s not too bad. I stayed here for about three months and absolutely loved my apartment. The staff was friendly and easy to work with, and the space offered incredible value compared to other places. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home.
Office has a lot of controversy issues and when you tell them about a concern they do not do much about it.
Fails to follow law and provide reasonable medical accommodations. Additionally they don’t complete repairs in a timely manner and ignore safety concerns with interior flooring. It’s a decent complex with very poor staffing. Would not recommend if Weinstein continues to manage the property. Almost forgot to mention, if you are even 1 day late on rent they will send you a notice to vacate your unit. Edit: Despite their response, they do in fact ignore reasonable accommodation requests. Okay so after a few months of living here, we warmed up to the Bexley. The neighbors, the area, & the front office is really not that bad. The dog parks are nice. The fitness center is nice. Free coffee in the morning is nice. Overall it’s really clean & in a decent area (with the exception of the homeless encampment but it’s gotten better), & obviously the negative experiences stick out more.
