This company is a rip off. They charged me over 10k for building and installing 4 little wooden stairs for the entry and backyard. After all the entry did not need the stair so I asked for refund. I expected around a quarter of the charge say 2500$ or so but the refund was 260$. Imagine how much they ripped me off in building my entire house. Please do not approach them at all.
Our build went really smoothly and without any issues. Our site supervisor, Chad kept us updated every step of the way and nothing was ever too much trouble. The quality and finish of the build could not be faulted, communication was spot on and completed in 6 months. So happy we chose Bevnol for our custom build and very grateful for all of Chad's hard work!

The quality of the build and the standard inclusions of Bevnol were so much better than any other builder, Bevnol have very high standards. Bevnol were very patient and answered all my questions (there were a lot of them) with the information required, including getting an engineer to talk me through things. They were very understanding of my circumstance and helped me make decisions about what I needed within my means. My house was built within 9 months with an in-depth explanation at each step. This was 2016-2017
