The managers of this apartment are extremely verbally abusive. I spoke with the woman about their building being in violation of an Everett law, and she screamed at me and hung up. They are required to remove snow and ice from the public sidewalk in front of their property and they refuse to do it. Today, I was walking by the property and a tenant was outside.
