Experience was like none Ive ever had before. Staff was pleasant and friendly.
I received a warm welcome the moment I walked through the door. There was no waiting this weekday morning. The staff were friendly, professional, and thorough. I experienced very little discomfort during my cleaning vs other dental offices. The hygienist touched my gums just a few times vs other dental offices.
Dr.Nixon was extremely pleasant. She put my daughter at ease. She explained everything as she was going about. Definitely a pleasure.
The treatment that I receive is always professional and courteous. I am always taken into a room almost immediately after arrival. The work that Doctor Nixon provides is of the highest degree. I wish her for her health, wealth and want her to be my dentist for the rest of my life.
I arrived a few minutes early, and Sylvia was very accommodating. She reviewed my insurance benefits with me as some changes were made at the beginning of the year. She is always so helpful, polite, and nice. Definitely one of the best parts of my visits. I was there for a deep cleaning, which is not so pleasant. Dr. Snipe went over the procedure with me before, during and after. She explained everything she was doing and was very adamant that I didn't feel any discomfort during my deep cleaning.
