Always great service from Beverly! Other company in the past seemed to continually set us up for regular expensive (probably unnecessary) repairs. Beverly has really come through for us by saving us a lot of money. We will stay with Beverly.

I have always been impressed with Beverly’s service and technicians. Yesterday was no exception, even better than normal. Sid called to say that he would be a bit early. When he arrived, he was outfitted with protective boots and mask that allayed any fears we had with COVID. Sid was extremely courteous answering my questions and performing his work carefully and thoroughly. I have to thank Beverly for hiring such professional and courteous technicians. Sid is a great asset for your fine company. Send him every time!

My toilet tank began to leak about a week ago. Various technicians made 3 service calls but the tank kept leaking. Justin P. made a service call and repaired the problem. His service was excellent. He Followed all Covid safety protocols and showed the utmost respect for our home. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions patiently. My hot water tank malfunctioned over the weekend and Beverly Services (Jessie G.) came out on Sunday to give me an estimate. On Monday, Frank R. and his helper replaced my tank and did an outstanding job. Access to my tank was difficult but Frank and his helper were able to easily remove the old tank and install the new one. All of the brazed joints on the new tank look nice as well as routing the black pipe for natural gas and the exhaust vent. Jim F. was courteous, professional and very efficient. He explained exactly what was wrong with my furnace (in terms I could understand), how he would fix it and detailed the costs up front. I would definitely recommend Beverly Services, and in particular Jim, to anyone.

My technician....Don B....as usual...did an outstanding job of reviewing with me what he did to check my furnace! I specifically ask for Don each year to check my furnace in the fall and air conditioner in the spring!
