Frank R. arrived promptly. He ascertained the problem and replaced the main water valve. He was very efficient and clearly explained what was done. Frank offered some insight on another matter to be considered at a future time. His attention to detail and his courteous, professional manner was a pleasure to see. I appreciate his work. Jim F******* was excellent -- professional, efficient, and very effective! He came first thing in the morning, diagnosed our furnace issue within minutes, and came back later that afternoon with a new part to repair the furnace. Thank you!

Jim was highly professional, polite, and neat. He was able to perform the services needed in tight spaces and did measure, assess, remeasure, and reassess prior to performing the work. It was not entirely clear that our house was configured to make it easy for Jim. He showed how much of a professional he was. At the completion of the work, Jim showed me how to replace the bulb if needed and what precautions should be taken prior to replacing the bulb viz. a viz. using protective bulbs and turning off the switch. Beverly Heating & Cooling has always given us good service. This visit wasn’t an emergency but they had someone out in 2 hours and communicated very well about when the technician would be here for service. They are always polite and helpful!! Thanks!

We had a new hot water tank installed. Scott was the leader of the team. The installation went very smoothly. Scott is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The basement was left spotless after the installation. We were very pleased with the entire installation and especially with Scott.
