Great doctors and an all around incredible office. Especially the receptionists and office manager Maria. Accommodating and great communication.
For many years, I have had a hard time staying at other places due to numerous factors that could’ve been easily fixed. But I am now pleased to say that I will forever be staying with Beverly Podiatry even if I move. I’ve had feet issues my whole life. I have had no issues with filling, financial stuff, insurance, administration. My wait times are usually less than five minutes at most 10 minutes. The doctors also provide 1 on 1 care. one star for maria and horrible reception
I accompanied my 82 year old Mum for a visit today and we had a great experience from beginning to end. The front office staff were very kind on the initial phone call to schedule, they send paper forms to fill out and very clear directions, as the Cummings Center can be overwhelming.. My mum was seen promptly, and De McGuinness (whise name I don’t know how to spell) was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, very kind, very honest and direct in a gentle way. Highly recommend..
