I accompanied my 82 year old Mum for a visit today and we had a great experience from beginning to end. The front office staff were very kind on the initial phone call to schedule, they send paper forms to fill out and very clear directions, as the Cummings Center can be overwhelming.. My mum was seen promptly, and De McGuinness (whise name I don’t know how to spell) was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, very kind, very honest and direct in a gentle way. Highly recommend..
I totally recommend this office. They were fast to get me an appointment and I have to say Dr. Tobin was great to speak to very down to earth and understanding. I have been suffering with pain for 10 months, seen previous Dr. with no good result. Saw Dr. Tobin within 3 days started being pain free. I'm so blessed to have gone to this office.
Maria and the whole crew there are timely and efficient. Dad got called in to office before he even sat down in the waiting room. I highly recommend this place as your spot for podiatry.
They do not work with families, with extenuating circumstances, such as patients with Dementia who are difficult to get in to pick up sneakers. Or family members who are sick themselves and it's difficult to get a patient to the office. Maria in the office who orders shoes needs to have a better disposition and people skills. Too bad, because the doctors are nice but Maria makes it difficult. Sneakers! Unbelievable! Maybe Maria needs to go.
