Stay away!!!! I went in for what I thought was an ear infection and possible UTI. My appointment lasted all of 6 minutes. I gave them my Cigna PPO info, paid my $50 co-pay and went on my way. A few weeks later, I was shocked to learn I owed an additional $350. For what, I had no idea because it was not itemized. I immediately called the urgent car and was assured that I had been mis-billed. The customer service person apologized and informed me I would receive a new, accurate bill in the mail.
