The outcome of the deep cleaning was incredible. The technician certainly exceeded expectation and demonstrated his great skills and experience in the awesome work he did. The sofas are in great condition now and the pet odor is gone and ever since the cleaning it has not returned. I give this company a 5 star rating with two thumbs up!
I had just bought a 2 seater love seat and its comfortable, I fell in love with it since I saw it in the store. I had guest over the other day and my friend came with her family, she has a 2 year old and he likes eating gerber by himself. As he was eating his carrot gerber he smears some on the love seat. I only made it worse, I needed to get help quickly and I actually got Wes Coast to come out the next day. Thaks to the great work of their tech, he saved the love seat and I got to keep it after all.
Had a barbeque and one of my kids dropped barbeque sauce on the rug. I really liked that rug, I didnt want to get rid of it. I scheduled and appointment with West Coast Carpet Care-Beverly Hills and they left it great. The barbeque stain is gone! I am very happy thanks to you guys!

Honestly by far the nicest people I have worked with. I worked with other companies in the past who managed to do a decent job, however their service sucked. I wish I would have found West Coast Carpet Care-Beverly Hills sooner than I did. They really are the best carpet cleaning service in my opinion. They showed up one time, were ready to work, and removed every possible stain and odor visible. After they left my house I enjoyed sitting on the coach and watching some television for a change.
