They don't answer phone calls! Apartment haunting in LA is hard ANDDDD expensive! Be aware I am updating this over a year later and I am still upset about it. *Rest of original review below* I applied at one of their properties and paid cash for the application. I was denied with no explanation. The woman who showed the unit won't give me any information to contact the property management company. This number on the listing isn't correct and I'm starting to feel like I lost $40 on a scam.
Im living APT where Beverly properties are managing. beverly properties management is terrible. There is the garage gate under my unit. Noisy everyday. very stressful
