I honestly feel so lucky to have Dr. Ali as my GP. From the very first visit, he made me feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. Needed some forms completed for school which they charged $35 to fill out. It was missing one of the additional school forms I needed, so I followed up with them some weeks later. They said I had to pay another $35 to sign the one additional page form.
Dr Ali is literally the BEST Dr I have ever had ! I don’t have one negative thing to say or any problems with him or his staff or office they are all truly wonderful! I highly recommend! The doctor was good. His back office, however, are fraudsters. I paid $2,000 for an executive physical (which was the advertised price). I gave them my insurance info and asked them to see if they could get part of the cost covered through insurance. They filed for Medicare coverage, they were paid and they refused to reimburse any of the money I paid up front. Stay away. Crooks.
Dr Ali is great. Anytime I get sick or have any health issues he always makes time to see me and try to get me back on my feet again as quick as possible. Always checks in with me to see how I’m doing and if I’m good as new again. His staff are great and are so quick to get prescriptions handled. His office location is so convenient and has lots of parking. A+ 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
