RecommendedI am beyond impressed with the level of service and care at Beverly Hills Pediatrics. The professionalism and knowledge of Dr. Bess is outstanding. She enters the room with a smile that radiates. My twin Grandbaby Girls love her. My Daughter and Son in law love her and I could not believe how patient Dr. Bess was. She answered every question.....she was never rushed and she was thorough. I learned a few things from her. I only wish that my children had a Doctor like her when they were little. She exceeds standards!
They NEVER call back. When I paid my yearly $300 fee they told me the fee relates to nurse calling patients back as well (supposedly within24hours) but every time i call them for a question i have to keep calling because they never call me back like they said they do...
