Called and spoke with Tracy, she was SO helpful with a random question i had (im not even a patient) and she took the time to really look into possible solutions for me. 10/10 customer service
I had my first eye exam in years and was a little nervous going into it. Dr. Ngyuen was super knowledgeable and it immediately helped me calmed my nerves. Dr. Ngyuen thoroughly explained the eye wellness exam as well as the contact lens exam to me and helped me picked the right contacts for my eyes. The assistant Michael was also really nice with all of the additional eye exams. Overall a great experience and will be returning to Dr. Ngyuen for my eye care for years to come!
Great office staff and friendly people
Both times I went, I had to wait an hour to be seen. Always behind schedule
This was once a highly professional and responsive ophthalmology practice. Now, even in an emergency you can't speak with a doctor for days, you can't get an appointment for months. No one here cares a bit. The front desk staff are incompetent and rude. Disgraceful.
