Dr. Fleming and his staff have been wonderful to me. Dr. Fleming gave me realistic expectations for my nose on consultation day and executed the rhinoplasty surgery beautifully. He has also explained the reasons for any problems I have had with my new nose in full detail AND the possible solutions. The staff are also very friendly and willing to attend to your needs!
Dr Fleming is professional and knowledgeable. He is also very warm, friendly and patient what makes it easier to ask questions and share concerns. This also was a factor, which helped me make my mind re going ahead with the surgery.

Dr. Fleming and his staff were consistently excellent. From offering flexible consultation hours to providing realistic assessments of work that should be done and what results to expect, the pre-surgery experience was very good. I have had a pleasant and beneficial experience all around. I liked the doctor the staff and the Serenity stay I had. My only suggestion is that one has a place to stay afterward for 3 to 4 days - if they have kids at home. It was very helpful for me to go to a girlfriend's house for a week to relax. I had no problems of any kind and would rather the operating room was completely silent during the operation - instead of music. But other than that I say excellent care and so far excellent result.
Dr. Fleming was very thorough and extremely knowledgable. When making an extremely important decision you want to make sure you are working with the best. Dr. Fleming took the time and addressed many issues that no other doctor mentioned. Cosmetic surgery is an art and science, Dr. Fleming has mastered both!
