I've always had an excellent experience here. The environment they create is welcoming from start to finish. The dental care is superb, the hygienists top notch. They're expert and fair and caring. Feels like a true dental home for me, which is important to find.
I was a bit nervous about having dental implant surgery. It’s a big procedure and over the years I have experienced unpleasant dental offices in LA - everything from being overcharged to lack of concern about pain. But Dr. Shams was a great choice and I’m so relieved. He is highly skilled, precise, and caring. For the bone graft and implant, I think he took maybe 20 minutes, tops. I had a phenomenal visit with Dr. Shams and his team. Miriam at the front desk was very kind and helpful upon arrival and talked me through details and costs for all my cleaning options. Mina was also VERY warm and helpful. She took my x-rays and gave me a deep clean that I can see and feel a day after. Dr. Shams was very accommodating. He talked me through all the issues that he saw, he gave me personalized timeline for future visits, and also gave me the option to avoid a painful needle for numbing during my cleaning.
