They did a good job on the carpets. HOWEVER, when they did the quote, it was 622.00!!! It is not a 600.00 good job. I've been robbed. They charged me .85 cents a SQ FT. So, I have to say, I feel sick to my stomach and have total buyers remorse. I should of told the guy to leave, but I am so fed up with all of the carpet cleaners, just fed up. I called in this company because another company was a bunch of Muppets. I used this company in 2017 and they charged me 250.00 for the same place. A near 200 % markup since then. I see... read more

Well worth the money.....BEVERLY HILLS CARPET CLEANERS did a fantastic job. Very professional and fast. They cleaned a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with balcony in 2 hours.

They made time for me on short notice on a Saturday morning, arrived on the dot (instead of within a four hour time period) and got my very dirty pale beige carpeting extremely clean. They were here for 2 hours - I've never had any other company be here longer than 45 minutes. They even cleaned my baseboards. The crew were extremely polite and careful and did a fabulous job! Wow. I called at about 11am and they were here by 330! I did not expect same day but was delighted. After the brief call to schedule and get price, I texted the woman on the phone my address and that was that. They are very efficient!

Very professional. They scheduled me for 2 days out and were prompt. Owner and his helper have more than 40 years experience in the business. They did it right and the price was fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
