Friendly & Knowledgeable – I wanted to mention how FANTASTIC Katelyn at Beverly Hills Auto Group is for our direct repair shop. She is always friendly, knowledgeable and I get positive feedback from our policyholders.
Great service. – Relatively fast. They have a car rental there. Before I went to an even better one, this place seemed like it was decent.
Work was done perfectly! – I had a claim because someone stole the sideview mirrors from my Mercedes. They ordered the parts, and got them within 24 hours. I dropped off my car as scheduled 8AM, they took me home and called at 4PM saying the car was ready and offering me a ride back to the shop (which I declined because I live in the area). The work was done perfectly and they washed my car too!
Thief – So my car was hit and it got towed there, when I left I grabbed most of the valuable stuff out of the car, 2 days later I noticed I left a ring in there, went back, it was gone, and they took all my coins in my car as well, of course they told me you suppose to take it out of the car before you leave it there, but who can remember everything in a jiffy? and is stealing the right thing to do ? please boycott this place.... their own workers came and leave their own positive comments if u haven't noticed....
Great Auto Body Shop – Many thanks to Dave and his awesome help in getting my car repaired on a few occasions. He's very accomdating in dealing w/ insurance companies, and is a great advocate for his customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
