They took 2 1/2 months to repair the left rear quarter panel of my car. They took advantage of me. Any other repair shop would be better.
The service of everyone was outstanding, they included the car rental. The car was ready one day earlier than promised. Hands down, thank you very much!!
This is the only shop I trust with my Audi. The repairs they do always bring the car back to new condition, great communication with the customer and very timely. I appreciate the care they take with my car. Not to mention the great detail work done before you pick up your car. Always very clean!!
Here is my experience so far. I took my car there. He said he could not give a formal estimate until my appraiser came. He looked over the damage (hit flying debris on the freeway) which was surface damage to bumper and left quarter panel. He said "it's going to be around $2,600". SOOO DISAPPOINTED! Everything has been a nightmare since the beginning. I went to get an estimate for a bumper - their parking lot for customers was full - mostly of cars being repaired, so I had to park at a meter - when I got out of my car - my door got hit, so now I'm there for two estimates. I was told they would be on my side and fight my battles with insurance. I gave them a drop-off date two weeks in advance, sent 3 emails and 2 phone calls to follow up and confirm - no reply.
