I went to Saban for a general blood test on July 4. I waited a very long time, the male nurse missed my vein about 6 times and bruised my arm pretty badly. The nurse asked help from some other female nurse in order to find my vein. This reminded me of "ask the audience" in the Millionaire. There was also miscommunication about optometry exams, which I thought I was able to do there, based on the info I got from their call center, however when I arrived there, they told me it wasn't possible. Saban is great. I was able to get the benefit of not even having to do laundry anymore because they Saban have brand new clothes every other day. And very accommodating with me when I come in hungover but not subject to me being belligerent. As far as the staff goes. Andy, Alisha, and I think Nicole is the other one are very nice, and polite everyday, sorry for saying this I know she may not like this but we'll, I hope she doesn't get to upset but hopefully very flattered and confident about this one but Alisha is really cut... read more
They have always taken care of their patients including myself this has been a great place great doctors great staff thank you so much guys & gal's.
By far the worst experience I had in a clinic. They took my blood test and they have never discussed the result with me. They also received my MRI results and promised me someone would have called me… no one ever told me anything. I had to pay a private practitioner to discuss my result. Obviously when I called to complain and ask to speak with a manager he was never available Stay far away from this place
