I love this clinic. The staff. The members, my doctors, Carlos Silva. Dr. Tanya, Dr. Vaughn all the nurse and staff members as well as Pharmacy numbers thank you
Waste of time trying to set an appointment on the phone
Medical, Dental, optometry/ophthalmology and pharmacy all in one place. (Also showers for the needy)
My primary case physician was assigned, but I got a different doctor the first time I went here. Their MyChart website does not let me schedule appointments or send messages, so complete lack of functionality. Tried to book an appointment through the chat, but the person behind the chat would take 5-10 minute breaks between chats leaving me hanging, started the chat at 11:30am just to check for appointment slot, responded so slowly that it took this person 1 full hour until 12:30pm to just get back to me to tell me they have... read more
