Great location! Quiet place. Only 6 apartments. Not enough free parking outside. Some people have 2 cars, and out of 5 spots only 3 available if you lucky to grab one. No central A/C. No elevator. Storage is in horrible condition can’t be used. Only one washer and one dryer - none of options like delicate wash etc. doesn’t work. But it’s $1.75. Answering service at the office and after hours- rude. Lady in Union office talking like she is being bothered ! Best of luck new tenants!
