Update: As of July 9, 2025, KBC Management has deliberately failed to process my rent payment, which was originally tendered via money order dated July 2, 2025. Despite my timely attempt to pay rent, KBC Management refused to accept the payment and slid the money order back under my door that same day. In good faith, I returned the money order to management on July 2, 2025. I am writing to raise several serious concerns regarding the actions of KBC Management in relation to my tenancy at the Beverly Alder. Improper Notice of Rent Adjustment: KBC Management has issued a 30-day notice for a rent increase, which is in violation of Multnomah County’s legal requirements. A 90-day notice is mandated for such changes, yet this was not provided.
