Pleasant and Competent – Mr. Haukom came out yesterday and looked at the roof. He found the leak and patched it, so I am happy. I continue to be impressed with the folks you've sent to us for various services.They are always pleasant and competent.
Quick Fix – I wanted to make sure to thank the workers for handling the two maintenance situations awe recently had in our apartment. Brian and I really appreciate all of your help and for taking care of them so quickly. The toilet is working great and the closet rod i very sturdy. : ) Thanks Again! !
Impressive – I wanted to write a short note to let you know how thrilled i was at Rock and Steve's quick action on fixing a few items. I was most impressed by the reviews I have read from former tenants, but now I am more impressed as an actual tenant. Thanks, again for all your help.
Great Suggestions – Well, at least this seems fair. When I moved out of my last place, the landlord charged me for cleaning and repairs. Some of this was fair, but I had questions about others, but couldn’t prove my point. When I recently move in at a Beven & Brock property in South Pasadena I was asked to sign a form indicating the condition of the property when I moved in. enjoy service, warm people, and nice landscape – My wife Kathleen and I have, for the last eight years, throughly enjoyed living in Apt.6. We have had excellent and immediate service from Stacy, our apartment manager. Stacy brings a personal and warm outreach to any discussions we have ever had concerning maintenance or company protocols. The grounds are kept as nice as the day we moved in and it is always a pleasure to walk through the landscaped courtyard to the garage... We always speak highly of Breven Brock
Always treated with respect – Bevin and Brock has been the management company for the complex where I live since 2000. Rick Houser, my manager at Bevin and Brock, has always been courteous to me, and I have never had a problem that they didn't take care of right away, usually on the same day. If there is one thing I don't like it is that Rick doesn't always call back, but he does call back when he needs to. Pleased Customer – I just moved in last month, June, 2010. The application process seemed very business like. I liked that. At the outset they told me exactly what they would need from me. I am a very busy person with my job, and was satisfied when the whole process was completed in just two days. A great management company – Beven and Brock has been nothing but a good experience. They are well organized with their rentals and even provide maps. I have been renting for a year and every time I needed something fixed all I had to do is submit a maintenance request and it was taken care of. They are friendly every time I have called. I recommend this company to anyone who needs to find a place without having to pay for listings, and they are open 7 days a week
