I had a great service experience due to Stan Rumowski. He kept me informed and the car was ready exactly when he said it would be. We always ask for Stan because we know he'll make sure our work gets done in a timely fashion.
Tyler is great to work with, I feel like I'm treated honestly abd that Bev Smith cares about their customers.

Had 12:30 appt. & was greeted by Tyler Johns. Very pleasant young man....car taken in immediately. All serice checks were performed & I was out of the dealership in under 2 hrs (headlights cloudy & were replaced) look so much better now & nite driving easier! I think you have a great service dept. & it's worth the drive from Vero to have my Camry serviced at your dealership. I have confidence in the work you do & how you treat your customers!
stan the service rep told me my truck would be ready about 2:15 pm I got there about 12:00pm I left bev smith about 4:pm finger prints all over the panel between the doors on the driver side after waiting 4hr for a oil change& alignment they could have at least washed my truck then I pay for the service and I'm standing waiting then they ask me what color is my truck they cant find it. DA
