I did not have an appointment. I did not have to wait very long before I was assisted. Stan checked to see what I had remaining on my warranty which is something I totally forgot about. I was promptly shuttled back home by Ted who was very professional and a cautious driver. Stan explained everything to me, made recommendations without a lot of pressure.
Mario and Christopher were fantastic sales people.I would highly recommend your dealership.

Recently purchased 4 new tires for my RAV4. Stan, my service adviser was spot on, reminded me that I really needed to replace the serpentine belt that I had delayed on my last oil change and all completed as requested. The tires were actually at a better price than one of the national tire chain stores I checked. Great price and great service. I highly recommend Bev Smith Toyota service department and in particular, Stan.
