in the 5 years i have had my cars serviced at Bev Smith Toyota only once was it a bad expierance and it was adressed imidiatly and made right. i will continue to do buisness with them.
Jeffery was professional, respectful of my needs and very knowledge about the car business,, but the process to complete the transaction very lengthy, wasn't such a busy day so I guess we were just understaff!!
