I got engaged Tuesday and I dreaded having to give up my ring to get it resized. However, I took it in at 1045 AM Thursday and it was ready by 245 PM the same day! THANK YOU!!!
We got our engagement and wedding rings at L.C. Betz and love them. Rob did an amazing job helping my husband, who admittedly had NO idea what he was doing, design the engagement ring with a unique setting and patiently walked him through the whole process. Rob is so knowledgeable and did a great job educating us and providing us with gorgeous, quality diamonds. We love everyone at L.C. Betz and would recommend them to anyone!

Whenever my mom has her ring cleaned and checked she takes it to these guys very trustworthy the ring was designed for my mother by her grandmother my great-grandmother so it is a very sentimental piece of jewelry they always do such a great job❤️❤️
My now husband bought my engagement ring at LC Betz and they were amazing throughout the entire process. But what is really wonderful is that now when I go in just to get my ring cleaned, no one appears annoyed that I'm not there to buy anything and just have a cleaning done (like I've seen at other stores). My fiancé bought my beautiful engagement ring at L.C. Betz. The ring is simply gorgeous. Not only do I love the ring, I'm so thankful for those who work in the store! I needed my ring resized and was worried about the timeline around the holiday. I dropped my ring off on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and not even 24 hours later I picked it up!
