Betz is the best! The quality of their jewelry and knowledgeable and friendly customer service makes every visit a wonderful experience. My sister-in-law and I always make time for a ring-cleaning outing when we're in town together. Most recently over the holidays, my wedding band needed to be repaired -- knowing I was only in town a short time, Robert made sure the work was done quickly, in time for me to pick it up before going back home. We love Betz!
We have gotten two gorgeous rings from Betz, and we will continue to go back! Not only is the selection so big with a high quality, but the service is impeccable. Robert worked with us meticulously.
