I had such a great experience here. I rescued a Pittie from Maricopa animal control (MCAC) 2 weeks ago and this is my first experience having her groomed. They did an excellent job! Being a rescue I was very unsure of how she would do, but staff and groomer were very gentle with her.
Jill did a wonderful job on my senior foster doggies, Jackson and Ginger. Thank you for getting them in so quickly.
The trouble here is that the good groomers do not stay employed very long. Why?....either they don't get the cash tips that you leave for them at the front desk or they are upset with management. Don't get fooled by the 5 star reviews as most of them are posted by the employees or by friends of the owner. There is no "Betty",that was the name of previous owner. My Golden had her first salon appointment today, and we were very happy with Betty's! They got us in quickly, contacted to confirm, and did Fiona's bath and grooming in a timely manner. They also gave us a suggestion to bring her in earlier since she was a little overstimulated! She came home looking and smelling good, with a cute bandana! We were very happy and will be back!

Nube was a happy dog when I picked him up. The staff had great communication with me while my dog was being groomed. I will definently be back!
The staff is amazing and friendly. It was our first time trying Betty’s out. They were loving and friendly with our pooch from the moment we walked in. The best part for me is that they took me in on a Sunday, with a hectic work schedule, this was perfect. Just got a bath and brush today but will be back again
The people at Betty's were so kind to my elderly dog who has arthritis! Will return for sure! very clean facility too!
