Went in to see Lauren ( not my normal stylist) in Feb 2025 for a short ear length bob with short in the back. I removed my glasses and she started cutting. In the end I got two cuts one on each ear that drew Blood and my hair was less than a inch long (not ear length). She was so arrogant and talked over me that this is the best hair cut she has ever done. I left with blood dripping down my cheek (no band-aid) and so upset I could not speak. I have been here a couple of times once for myself and I had a great experience with Lauren. I came back a couple weeks later with my daughter for a hair cut and had Lauren cut her hair too. She did a great job both times, Lauren is very sweet and talented and we will continue to go back to her. I have seen a few different stylists in Lethbridge and have been disappointed almost everytime until I met Lauren here. I'm so glad we found her.
I went to get a specific product which not only did they carry but offered advice on products
Had an amazing experience at the salon. My two girls got the tips of their hair colored for the first and it turned out amazing and they absolutely love it. My color turned out beautifully and I'm so in love with the color. Definitely have no problem recommending this salon to anyone.
