I didn’t make it to work in Norman today because I’m home sick with the flu in Edmond and Betty Lou’s drove all the way here to deliver my flowers on Valentine’s Day! The flowers were beautiful and the customer service was top notch! Thank you so much!!!
RecommendedWe had a last minute need for a bouquet, and Betty Lou’s was sympathetic and helpful! They were even willing to take the time to do a boutonnière for us. It was a very busy time for florists, and I was willing to “settle” for something hasty or already made, but both were custom created and gorgeous!

I live out of town, but my daughter was getting married in Norman, so I had to choose a florist from the internet. I visited three shops in person several months ago to order flowers and Betty Lou's ended up being the best choice. The most beautiful bouquet I’ve seen was created by them. They are so sweet and willing to go the extra mile.
I ordered flowers for my best friend for her birthday, but apparently this place only delivers in the morning. It would he nice if you would mention that on the website before people place orders! I was being charged 10 dollars for delivery so it should be delivered whenever the customer wants but since y'all are more worried about traffic, I will gladly take my money else where!

Lacy, Sorry we were not able to serve you. Yes, we have a $10 deliver charge and due to the traffic in Norman, especially during the afternoons, we take all our orders for same delivery by 2:00.
