The service they provide is good, however their pricing is extremely high. They gave me a quote range of $300 to $600 for my 20 ft by 20 ft space (1 wall and the ceiling). They charged me $600 and used my equipment (shop vacuum) it took them less than 2 hours. When asked why the higher price they said it was dustier than expected. This was in addition to a separate charge for the chandelier and all the windows in the space (the windows made up the other 3 walls).
