Well it turns out it is 22 month but u gotta pay 3 months upfront plus taxes and starting fee blah blah ended up being 150 for the 3 months when I was expecting to pay around 50 only that day. And then he fourth month it will go back to the usual $100 a month. So I need to move out before then yikes
