I recently had the team at Better Pool & Irrigation chase up a warranty claim for me on parts for a product that was purchased almost 6yrs ago. I could not find receipt but did have a bank transaction statement together with user guide and plumbers install details. It was a long shot but they got it through and I received the part under warranty (close to $500). I can not fault their commitment and professionalism in handling my issue, I'm truly grateful to Better Pools and also the company i purchased the product from.
Just 2 days before Christmas our pool pump decided to give up. These guys stepped up being a davey supplier they looked and confirmed the faulty pump, organising a new pump under warranty and getting a new one back to me over the break quickly.
I’m disappointed with my experience, particularly given how highly recommended this business came. I initially called to have someone attend and provide advice on my pool system. The technician who attended advised they didn’t have enough knowledge about the system and said they would speak to someone else and call me back. Unfortunately, that follow-up never happened.
