Very helpful receptionist and Dr Natasha was very professional. The first meeting of the dental assistant was her looking at the receptionist and saying "is she ready yet?" Perhaps she didn't realize how much I could hear. Other than that it was a good dentist experience and I felt 100% safe in Dr. Natasha's hands.
Checked in on time, quick, efficient, and pleasant care, and out the door! Couldn't ask for any better...
Great experience from the front desk, to cleaning, to exam. I've come to trust Natasha and her exceedingly informed opinion. Ada does a phenomenal job at billing and following up for all that is due from insurance (especially for very complicated claims), and the hygienists are friendly and attentive as well. My only complaint from my last appointment is that the cost of the fluoride treatment, or fact that it wouldn't be covered by insurance, were not mentioned until it was time to pay at the front desk. I've been going to Dr. Lee for years. Always wonderful care, and great staff.
Excellent place to get dental care!
This was my first visit. It was very notably extremely thorough, with Dr. Lee very much an educator as she provided detailed and clear explanations. Both she and the assistant were very patient and seemingly unrushed despite an evidently popular dental business. The office is immaculate, with staff friendly--it is the first time I ever heard a child giggling in a dental office!
Excellent as always.
