Lack of communication. I have been very disappointed with the lack of clarity and communication regarding my visits as well as not receiving money after being told I would receive money back, it has been months and I still have yet to receive it back. Better Life has been amazing for me, I highly recommend them! My first appointment was about seven weeks ago to address chronic back pain and headaches. Thanks to the work of their expert chiropractors and massage therapists, I continue to feel better after each appointment. Plus, my once permanently forward rolled shoulders are now naturally sitting back on their own. I initially went to Better Life Chiropractic for a free chiropractic evaluation that I received through a local gym. The evaluation was more thorough than evaluations I received at two other chiropractic offices. I liked how they use a scanner to collect data about your spine. Through the evaluation I met Dr. Wagnon, who found a subluxation in my spine that another chiropractor had not. I had given up hope that the discomfort associated with the subluxation could be fixed.
