Jessica Chiang was our agent . She provided nothing we needed and after buying a home (and told we weren’t allowed to change our minds) we find out there were multiple homes in our price range and had the amenities we wanted not far. She didn’t even come to our closing . Un helpful and took advantage of us not knowing anything about real state.
