The rental company team has been nice enough, has responded quickly to our needs, and reacted in a timely manner for most things. HOWEVER, the property we are renting has had so many issues, and the owner is awful. Our safety has been put at risk more than a few times and violates renter rights that were clearly stated in the contract.
